The Enchantments of Artifact Status Items
All Artifact Status items come with a set of powerful enchantments that elevate them above ordinary magical drops. These items are bound to their owners through the Instant Recall enchantment, allowing the user to summon the artifact back to their hand from anywhere at a moment’s notice.
Moreover, only the rightful owner of an artifact can use it — no other individual can wield its power.
The weapons among these artifacts possess an extraordinary ability to ignore damage reduction and bypass defenses, making them incredibly lethal in combat.
Additionally, all Artifact Status items are weightless, making them effortless to carry and maneuver.
They cannot be destroyed or countered by lesser items or spells, ensuring their dominance in any situation.
Finally, these artifacts are immune to being stolen or given away by mind control effects, safeguarding their power and ownership even in the most treacherous circumstances. Currently, there are only 8 items that reached the status.

1. Lost Battalion
- Item: Mark I trench dagger
- Ability: Prevents regeneration or healing of any kind
- Status: In use (created and owned by Estelle Thornewood)
The Lost Battalion is one of the most feared items in Battle City. This Mark I trench dagger has the terrifying ability to prevent any form of healing or regeneration, making it a weapon of finality.
Once its blade bites into flesh, the wound remains, no matter how powerful the opponent’s healing abilities. Currently wielded by Estelle Thornewood, this artifact has already carved a bloody path through the arena, earning Estelle a reputation as a finisher.
It’s a weapon that turns every strike into a potential death sentence, forcing opponents to tread carefully.

2. Stradivarius Violin Case
- Item: Violin case
- Ability: Produces a firearm and ammo tailored to defeat any opponent
- Status: Retired (owned by Mad Cap Mae)
Once the prized possession of the legendary gladiator Mad Cap Mae, the Stradivarius Violin Case is an artifact of unmatched precision. This seemingly ordinary violin case holds the power to produce a firearm and ammunition perfectly suited to counter any opponent’s defenses. While Mae has retired from the games, the Stradivarius case remains one of the most coveted items, a tool of both art and destruction that could turn the tide of any battle. Although no longer in active use, its legacy continues to inspire awe and envy among Battle City’s gladiators.

3. Black Rose Coil
- Item: Unknown artifact
- Ability: Renders all magic and magical items inert while in the area
- Status: Unknown
The Black Rose Coil is shrouded in mystery. Little is known about its current whereabouts, and even less is known about its origins. What is clear, however, is its immense power.
This artifact can nullify all magic and magical items within its vicinity, turning even the most heavily enchanted gladiator into a mere mortal.
The Black Rose Coil represents the ultimate equalizer, a tool that could strip even the most powerful combatants of their magical advantages. But with its status unknown, the question remains: who, if anyone, controls this fearsome item?

4. Sword of Damocles
- Item: Sword
- Ability: Destroys any opponent, but the user must sacrifice themselves
- Status: Retired at the Azure Tower
The Sword of Damocles is a double-edged blade, both literally and figuratively. Its power is absolute — able to destroy any opponent with a single strike. However, the price is equally absolute: the user must sacrifice their own life in the process.
The Sword of Damocles has been retired, its power deemed too costly to wield lightly. It serves as a sobering reminder that even in the brutal world of Battle City, some victories come at too high a price.

5. Perfect Door Knob
- Item: Doorknob
- Ability: Allows the user to open a deSitter Doorway (portal) to any location
- Status: Gold Faction vault (deemed too powerful to use)
The Perfect Door Knob is a portal to anywhere. With a simple twist, this artifact can create a deSitter Doorway, a portal that allows the user to travel instantly to any location.
Currently locked away in the Gold Faction vault, this artifact is considered too powerful for regular use, its potential to reshape the battlefield deemed too dangerous.
The Perfect Door Knob is a strategic treasure, one that could be the ultimate escape route, a shortcut to victory, or a devastating surprise attack.

6. Devil’s Flip-Flops
- Item: Unknown footwear
- Ability: Unknown (several owners have been unable to unlock its potential)
- Status: Owned by Ruby Rogue
Of all the Artifact Status items, the Devil’s Flip-Flops are the most enigmatic. Their abilities remain unknown, as no one has yet managed to unlock their true potential.
Currently in the possession of Ruby Rogue, the Devil’s Flip-Flops are an item of endless speculation.
Are they a cursed artifact?
Or do they hold a power so great that only the worthy can access it?
For now, they remain an enigma, their true capabilities hidden from even the sharpest minds in Battle City.

7. Lucky Dice
- Item: Dice
- Ability: Generates free magical items once per day depending on the roll
- Status: Owned by Sky Count
The Lucky Dice are a gambler’s dream come true. With a roll of these enchanted dice, their owner can generate a new magical item each day.
The outcome of the roll determines the nature of the item, making the Lucky Dice a source of both fortune and unpredictability.
Currently owned by Sky Count, these dice add an element of chance to every battle, as no one — not even their owner — knows what power they might bring into the arena each day. In a world where strategy and planning are key, the Lucky Dice introduce an element of chaos that can shift the balance of power in an instant.

- Status: Owned by Mad Calico Jack
The Piece of 8 is a coin of fate, granting its owner a 50/50 chance to escape whatever destiny awaits them in the arena. In the brutal and unforgiving world of Battle City, this coin is a lifeline.
Whether it’s dodging a deadly strike, escaping a trap, or surviving an impossible situation, the Piece of 8 offers a rare opportunity to defy the odds.
Currently in the hands of Mad Calico Jack, this artifact represents the fine line between life and death, where a single flip of the coin can determine a gladiator’s fate.
